Registration Forms

The 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, and K-5 program have a WAITLIST- please reach out to the office (410-486-8642) before applying.

New Families

This link is for NEW Goldsmith families ONLY

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child.

After completing the application, you will receive an email (within 24 –
48 hours) with instructions to choose your class option and enroll your
student.

Current Families & Siblings

  1. Please go to www.factsmgt.com
  2. Select Log in Here (top left)
  3. Under For Families – Click Family Portal Log In
  4. District Code: ks-md; Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
  5. After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  6. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
  7. Your child who is currently enrolled @ Goldsmith should be listed – click on the button under Packet

Directions for Enrolling siblings:

  1. Please go to www.factsmgt.com
  2. Follow steps 1 – 5 above
  3. Click on Application – then Click here to open Application
  4. Click Create a New Student Application
  5. Type in siblings information and an application will begin for you to fill out.
